Custom Printed Items:

Because these items are uniquely created just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom printed products unless they arrive damaged or there is a clear printing error in the customization (e.g. wrong design, color issues, etc).

  • If your custom item arrives damaged or with a printing error: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damage or printing error along with your order number in your email to [email protected]. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

For food safety reasons or due to their nature, certain items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items are clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on their product page.

  • If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect and your order number at [email protected]. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Stock / Unprinted Items:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on many other items.

  • Return Window: Only items not marked as Non-Returnable on their product page may be returned and items are eligible for return within 14 days of the shipment date.
  • Returnable Condition: To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in a resalable condition, with proof of purchase direct from our website.
  • Returns for a refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a stock item for a different size, color, or product of equal value, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the exchanged item to you once the original item is received and inspected.

General Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return or exchange is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  • Returnable Condition: Only items not marked as Non-Returnable on their product page may be returned. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in a resalable condition, with proof of purchase direct from our website.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet our return criteria.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been initiated.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping, ideally in the original packaging it was shipped to you.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided.
